The house offers one of the greatest pool areas you can find in Naples. The jacuzzi is built like a little grotto with a waterfall in the front. The pool with the little palm tree in the middle can be heated on request.

The covered lanai offers a separate seating area PLUS two dining areas with 6 chairs each. One of the dining sets is located next to the pool, the other dining area is located next to the summer kitchen with the gas-BBQ.

From the screened pool area you can overlook a great lake with a water fountain.

The second floor has a home theater to the right hand side and a great billard room with wet bar to the left hand side. Both rooms are absolutely gorgeous furnished.

Of course the kitchen is very well equipped. We also offer plenty of towels.

The office is located just next to the entrance. It offers a separate seating area and a little desk. Of course this house offers a high speed internet access.

The kitchen is excellent equipped. There is a very big gas stove. Two separate ovens are built in for your convenience. Of course a microwave is built in, too.
